I was traveling to the metroplex when my “low engine oil” light came on mid-trip. I called the service dept. and was instructed to come in to see what the problem was (I was more than 3k miles /or 5 mos. before next service). I couldn’t have had a better experience here with the service team. They eased my mind and fixed my problem. I might even use them for my regular service even though they’re 2 hours away from home!
UPDATE…I needed to take the bus in to get a speaker fixed. This is my second VW Atlas purchase and the car is awesome but so was the service I received from Kathy at AVW! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional!! She made the process easy and was really conscientious of my time. She was thorough but also didn’t make the process a full day’s ordeal! If you’re looking for a VW, I highly recommend going to see Kathy! She is wonderful!!
